These condominium suites are in a beachfront, gated community with lots of room for families and close friends who vacation together. Each suite has two air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, living/dining areas, a large balcony, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer unit. You will receive scheduled housekeeping service.
This is, without a doubt, the perfect base for a St. Croix vacation.
Nubian Rentals is just five minutes from historic Christiansted, where you’ll enjoy duty-free shopping, bars and restaurants, a boardwalk, Fort Christiansvaern, historic buildings and churches, and a casino. You’ll have access to Buck Island Reef National Monument, snorkeling, diving, sport fishing, island tours, and adventure jeep tours. A grocery store, a bank, a convenience store, and fast food restaurants are just blocks away.
At Mill Harbour, our guests enjoy a landscaped property with a freshwater pool, grilling area, and an adjacent bar and restaurant.
Beaches, Pools and Activities
Nubian Rentals is located on a palm-shaded beach, and complimentary beach towels and snorkeling equipment are available at the front desk.
The front desk can refer you to transportation and locations for shopping, golf, sightseeing, horseback riding, and kayaking.
Note: Currently, no passports are needed for USVI travel (U.S. citizens).

Two bedroom, two bath suites: 1-4 persons with $20 per night additional charge for a rollaway bed or Pack N Play (5 person maximum)
A rollaway bed or Pack N-Play costs $20 per night. However, one child 11 and under is FREE when using existing sleeping accommodations.

27.5% for government tax and resort fees are additional to rates. All Rates are in U.S. dollars.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- FREE cancellation: Up to 7 days before arrival APR 16 through DEC 22
- Up to 14 days before arrival DEC 23 through APR 15
- The cancellation penalty after the free cancellation period is the forfeit of the deposit
